Acne ( Pimples )
Acne could be the result of a variety of factors like imbalanced diet, low water intake and constipation. In order to get a glowing skin, there are certain measures to be followed. The following are some of the steps to be followed regularly:
1. A balanced diet and disciplined lifestyle are the first steps to achieving a glowing skin.
2. Drink at least 10 glasses of water daily.
3. Include a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet.
4. It’s also important that you keep your skin oil-free.
* To get rid of pimple marks, apply potato juice regularly on your face, two to three times a day.
* For pimples you can use the paste of pudina and coriander. For pimple marks you can go for a regular rose water clean-up , this will slowly fill up your pit marks. And do avoid using more cosmetics
To Get Back Your Original Complexion
* Clean your face with rose water 3 to 4 times a day. Use a tan protection cream before you go out . Apply this pack every day if you can. Take one spoon of gram flour (besan ) one spoon of sugar, a pinch of turmeric, and make a paste with milk. Apply all over your face, leave it for 10 minutes and wash with cold water. You will slowly get back your original colour
