Dark Circles-Home Remedy

Dark circles under the eyes could be the result of an irregular lifestyle. Imbalanced diet, prolonged illness, inadequate water intake or vitamin deficiency could also be responsible for this condition. Mix equal quantities of almond and coconut oils. Massage the affected area with this mixture. Take five finely-ground almonds and add 1/2tsp each of honey and milk. Apply this pack around your eyes and leave on for 20 minutes. Wash it off with milk first, and then water, This should be done regularly for 10 days before you notice a marked difference.

If you have acne and dusky complexion, make a paste using fresh basil and mint leaves. Simmer this paste in 100ml distilled water. When it cools, strain and add 1tsp camphour. Use this tonic to wipe your skin. Make a pack comprising 2tsp each of dried green pea powder, oatmeal, china clay and rose water. Scrub your face gently with this pack and wash off.
